Property Viewing Visits

DSP offer a viewing package tailored to help you to find the area and the property that you want. You need to arrange your flights initially and send flight details through to DSP. If you need help to find convenient flights, DSP can assist with this.

To visit Didim
The closest airport is Bodrum (1.25 hours) - operates 12 months of the year but with limited flights November to April (number of flights increasing each year as budget airline routes increase).
Izmir airport operates full scheduled services 12 months of the year and is 1.5 hours from Didim.
Dalaman Airport has a full set of budget airline routes already in place and operates 12 months of the year (3.5 hours from Didim).

You may choose accommodation and book this over the internet or ask DSP to select accommodation for you. DSP can book, accordingly to availability, either a budget hotel, a 5 star hotel or self catering accommodation.

DSP will organise for a driver to pick you up from the airport and take you to the accommodation booked for the duration of your stay. The driver will of course, return you to the airport at the end of your stay.

If you have not been to the area before, a DSP team member will take you on a tour of the area and listen to your preferences. This person will be your main point of contact while you are looking at property and this person is most likely to be Yilmaz (Max) or Kelly, the company owners (both bi-lingual).

Kelly or Max will discuss your property requirements with you and will take you to view as many properties as you wish to see, that meet your requirements.

Should you decide to purchase a property, you can choose your own solicitor or DSP we will arrange one for you. DSP will make all of the necessary arrangements to help you commence the purchasing process. DSP will invite you to be as involved or as uninvolved in the process as you'd like to be but either way, Didim Sun Properties will ensure that all elements of the property purchase process are carried out correctly and with complete peace of mind to the buyers.

If  you decide, after seeing the area and the property options that meet your criteria, that the time / area / product isn't right for you to purchase property, at that time, you will NOT be subjected to any sales pressure. You will be treated with the same respect and courtesy as when you first came to meet with DSP.

Many of our clients decide not to buy on the first occasion but keep in touch and receive up to date details from DSP and then re-visit to purchase at a later date.

If you purchase through DSP*, the following costs will be met by the company:
1. The cost of flight tickets for two adults (up to £500).
2. The cost of your accommodation.
3. The cost of your transfer fee.

*Unfortunately, DSP cannot offer to re-imburse travel and accommodation costs for purchases of 1 bedroom properties and for re-sale properties, unless previously offered by the vendor.
