Angel Villas are 12 private detached villas each with their own private garden and private pool each. The location and plans need to be studied to appreciate the value for money being offered at the Angel Villas.
Each Villa consists of:
Ground floor – there is a square hallway which has four doors – one leads onto the large living area, another to the kitchen area that is off-set from the lounge and is planned as an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar but could be made into a separate kitchen. There is a WC which consists of a toilet and wash basin. There is also a door from the hallway onto one of the side terraces. There is also a side terrace from the kitchen which would make an ideal breakfasting area in the summer months. From the living room, there are sliding doors onto a super-large terrace that leads out to the front of the villa – with terrific sea views.
1st floor – large hallway landing from which there is a family bathroom as well as a separate WC room. There are three double bedrooms. These Angel Villas are being sold off-plan at present . Clients who buy at an early stage of construction can choose their own tiles, light fittings, internal colours, kitchen suites and bathroom suites. Prices will rise if any of the villas remain for sale at completion. The developer offers bank bonds in return for all payments made before completion and deeds transfer.
Land preparation commences end of October 2010.
Completion is planned Autumn 2011.
Suggested payment terms are:
30% deposit
40% - as preferred
30% upon deeds transfer, moving in, snagging completion and receipt of the habitation licence
The developer is flexible to other payment terms suggested by potential buyers. Part exchange is available.
Villas plots vary between 325m2 and 385 m2 and prices from £99,000 - £110,000, according to the plot size. Living space is 160m2 – allowing plenty of space for garden and pool area. The pool size is designed as 21m2 but can be extended for a small additional cost or if the new buyers chooses NOT to have a pool, there will be a £5,000.
