The second phase of Marina Plaza Residence offers the discerning home buyer a choice of beautiful apartments with beautiful outlooks yet without a luxury price tag. All properties have beautiful, unobstructed sea and countryside views – even those on the ground floor.
There are one and two bedroom apartments as well as three bedroom duplex apartments available. Every apartment has its own independent entrance.
Set in a spacious countryside development, close to the Marina Road, the most sought-after area of Didim Altinkum, Marina Residence is sure to appeal.
Marina Plaza Residence Phase 2 will complete at the end of September 2012. Phase 1 is complete and more than 90% sold, so prospective buyers can already see the developer's standard of work, design and finish, yet benefit from off-plan prices.
Marina Plaza Residence Phase 2 began construction in September 2011 and will complete by the end of September 2012. Phase 2 offers 48 spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom properties, all with separate entrances, set around a large pool area. The accommodation is low density. There are small roads on four sides of the development. There is car parking outside the development walls. By the begining of May 2012, Phase 2 is more than 60% sold.
Each apartment has its own separate entrance so there is not the feel of living in an apartment building. The whole setting is in a peaceful neighbourhood just a short drive from Didim's historic Greek Temple of Apollon, the ancient town of Didyma, Didim town centre, the famous resort of Altinkum, Didim's Aqua Park and of course, the 45Km of famous sandy beaches around the Didim peninsular.
In Phase 2 there are four types of apartment design:
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom – 55.20m2 - £30,000
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom – 75.30m2 - £42,000
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – 87.40m2 - £45,000
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - duplexes – 119.70m2 - £65,000
All properties have been completed with designer interiors, fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms.
