Villa Lynne is a well designed property with large private pool and good sized balconies. The property faces south east and overlooks open land (to be built on, in the future). The property faces the town centre. The neighbourhood is a quiet villa neighbourhood (no apartments), situated adjacent to the town centre, Marina Road and Altinkum resort centre. There is a good bus service, in the neighbourhood despite being less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Closer to home, there are corner shops, bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants on the Marina Road, just a couple of minutes walk from Villa Lynne. The closest beaches are Altinkum's First Beach and 3rd Beach which are both 3-5 minutes in the car or 5-15 minutes on the bus, allowing for seasonal differences.

The villa has a paved garden on three sides and is attached to its twin property, at the rear. In front of the villa there is a good sized private swimming pool (approximately 36 m2). On both sides of the villa, there are paved areas which lend themselves to sunbathing terraces; seating / eating areas. The pool will have sunshine in the morning and most of the afternoon but will be in shade late afternoon / evening which is absolutely ideal in summer when shade is so desperately sought after, to escape the sunshine.

The main door to the property is situated at the side of the villa. It leads into the lounge which is of a good size. The lounge is furnished with two triple seater sofa beds, coffee tables, occasional tables, TV system and dining table and chairs. The room has sliding doors, at the front of the property, which lead out to the pool area and gardens.

The first floor of the villa offers a square landing which has been furnished with mirrors on the walls, making a really attractive feature of the space. From the landing, one will find the family bathroom which has a corner jacuzzi bath; WC, sink unit and attractive mirrored storage unit.

The master bedroom is also on the first floor. This has been furnished with bedside tables, wardrobes, a dressing table, a TV unit and king size bed. There are sliding doors onto a good sized balcony; shared with bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 has been furnished with a single bed but there is room for a double bed, if preferred. As previously mentioned, this bedroom shares the front balcony with Bedroom 1. One can see in the photo of the house that the first floor balcony runs the whole width of the villa.

On the top floor of the villa, at the top of the stairs, there is a cupboard area that has been built to accommodate the hot water boiler and washing machine. Also located on the top floor of the villa, is bedroom 3. This has been furnished to serve as a second lounge come guest bedroom. It has a very attractive en-suite shower room (fully tiled) and sliding doors onto the villa's roof terrace.

The roof terrace faces south east. It has a storage area – ideal for storing away the garden furniture if the villa isn't used at any time of the year. With sunshine at least 300 days of the year, one can always use garden furniture in Didim, but it is good to store it away if the villa is unattended for long periods of time.

The villa is being sold in Turkish Lira and this makes the property very cheap for buyers with US dollars, Sterling or Euros due to the current stregth of these currencies, against the Turkish Lira.
