| Description |
The Zeus Heights Holiday Complex is a modern design of six apartment buildings, set around two large communal pools and a sunbathing area. Phase One of Zeus Heights - Apollo and Artemis Blocks completed in January 2009. The four other blocks, Adonis, Atlas, Hermes and Ares completed in 2011. The apartment for sale is complete. It is located in Apollo Block - Apartment No 7. It is described as being on the ‘second floor' although the ground floor is actually partially underground so in reality, it appears more like on the first floor.
Apollo No 7, was previously bought by a buy-to-sell investor (British) who would now like to sell on. The property is ‘as new' and has never been lived in or used.
Upon completion, Zeus Heights will benefit from an on-site restaurant, cafe bar, kids play area and CCTV. Currently there is a large communal swimming pool and sun bathing area that is used by the residents at the two completed blocks.
Location - Zeus Heights are situated a short stroll to the main town of Didim and the historical attraction of the Ancient Greek Temple of Apollon. Local shops and cafe bars are a 5 minute walk away and the local bus runs every 5 minutes into the main resort and beaches of Altinkum which is less than 10 minutes journey.
Included in the price of the property, there is a fitted kitchen, fitted shower room with shower and cubicle, hot water boiler, mosquito nets on windows, double glazed UPVC windows and doors and an intercom entry system. The property will be bought ‘as seen' and is ready for occupation as the current owner completed any snagging issues when they bought the apartment is early 2009. The accommodation layout can be seen in the floor plan attached (Apartment No 7 – blue apartment). The apartment consists of an entrance hallway, open lounge / kitchen with balcony leading off of the lounge. There are two small double bedrooms and a tiled shower room with walk-in shower cubicle. The apartment is south east facing and benefits from sunshine in the morning and afternoon but as the sun begins to set in the west, shade in the late afternoon, which is ideal for cooler nights in the summer. |
