Two bedroom apartment on the first floor at Dolphin Residence, a holiday complex offering 5 star facilities.

Accommodation consists of:
- hallway
- shower room with washing machine and bath,
- double bedroom (1 x double bed) with balcony
- twin bedroom (2 x single bed) 
- open lounge and kitchen area (fully equipped) with balcony and BBQ
- balcony from the lounge kitchen area.

There is air conditioning in the living area and the double bedroom. The twin bedroom has a fan. There is a central satellite TV system at the complex. This is  controlled by the management of the complex and Didim Sun Properties cannot be held responsible for any interruptions to service. There is satellite TV available at the poolside bar and the neighbouring bars.

The apartment has a high chair for small children.

Dolphin Residence 2 is a 5 star facilities complex. With 2 security staff and a professional team running the bar, pool and facilities, holiday makers will be able to relax and enjoy.  Facilities in abundance, include:
- large square communal pool with sun bathing areas
- babies splash pool
- jacuzzi pool
- indoor pool (not open all year round)
- fitness room
- games room
- kiddies playpark
- gardens with water features
- poolside bar and restaurant
- TV area
- elevator (unfortunately, not suitable for wheelchair users)

The location is ideal for holiday makers wanting to be close to the town centre or who like to stay poolside for whole days of their holiday. There are lots of local shops in the viccinity of the complex - including supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The authentic town centre is about a 5 minute walk away. The beaches and resort centre are a 35 minute walk OR a 10-15 minute bus ride.

The apartments sleep 4 in beds and there are also 2 sofa beds. Maximum capacity for the apartments is 6.

July 2012 - August 2012 - £45 per night
September 2012 - October 2012 - £30 per night
Novemebr 2012 - April 2013 - £20 per night (minimum stay, 1 week)

Exit clean - £40
