| Didim Sun Properties is an independent, ethical estate agency. The company is registered with Didim Council and licenced by Didim Chamber of Commerce. Purchase of Property and Land Whether a potential purchaser wishes to purchase property or land, we aim to meet all of our customers’ needs, requirements and aspirations through finding the right product. We do not pressurise customers into any purchase. Some customers like to have the re-assurance of a local professional with them every step of the way during and after the purchasing process. We offer that service to all of our customers. Other customers prefer to work independent of an agency once their purchase has been agreed. We will take our lead from our customers. There is no charge for “holding your hand” throughout the purchasing process. It is purely a part of good customer service. Property Management In terms of property management we offer value for money as well as peace of mind. Our services include key holding; airing of properties; security checks, bill payments, bad weather checks and regular feedback as well as any other ad hoc services that a home owner asks of us. Additional Services Power of attorney. With your authorisation, we will act as a power of attorney on behalf of your property, in your absence, for the transactions that you have authorised us to do, via your solicitor. English speaking solicitors. Although not strictly necessary under Turkish law, we recommend that all of our non -Turkish customers use a solicitor throughout the purchasing process. We have several that we use regularly or clients can select their own. Independent financial advice. For English and Turkish customers we are able to give the names and contact details of independent financial advisors in both countries. Mortgages. Didim Sun Properties can recommend mortgage providers and mortgage brokers to clients (both Turkish and non-Turkish) looking for property to buy in the Didim area. The costs associated with mortgage borrowing vary significantly, depending upon the lender. The time frame to grant the mortgage also varies significantly, depending upon the lender. Car rental. Whether it's for a day, a week or a few months, DSP offer a fleet of 2011 model Renault family saloon cars for rent, at the best rates. All of our vehicles are fully insured. All vehicles have 1.2 engines (unleaded fuel) - so very economical on fuel. Property letting. If you would like to earn an income from your property, speak with us and we may be able to work with you to let your property OR we will put you in touch with a UK travel agency who currently are looking for more short term rental properties in the Didim area. Insurance services To include compulsory earthquake insurance, contents and building, pet, car, medical and accident insurance. Quotes available upon request. All policies are written in English and provided by Aviva Insurance (previously known in the UK, as the Norwich Union and Commercial Union) Title Deeds Consultancy Services Unfortunately due to the improper practices of some builders and estate agencies in Turkey, a need for this service has arisen over the last few years. There are bodies that provide consultancy services. Didim Sun Properties has an excellent reputation for prompt delivery of deeds and word of mouth has encouraged many people who have not been so fortunate in their property dealing, to come and seek advice and have their previous tapu (deeds) problems resolved. Due to the amount of time and persistence that this work requires, Didim Sun Properties cannot accept instructions from all people who would like us to act on their behalf but we will refer clients whom we cannot assist ourselves, to other suitably qualified and professional title deeds consultancy offices.
