The Aykar Holiday Village is a large coastal development in Didim, built and managed by a highly successful British Turkish building consortium. The first properties at Aykar Holiday Village were completed in August 2005 and since then, the company has gone on to build and complete three further phases of the village; issuing hundreds of deeds to foreign home owners. The company is ISO 9001 accredited and they are the third highest tax payers in the county of Aydin in Turkey.

The Aykar Holiday Village is targeted to British tastes. All of the apartments are of a good size, finished to a high standard and neutrally decorated. The owners are majority British but there are also some Turkish, Nordic and Russian property owners.

In total there are just over 450 apartments at the village. The Aykar Holiday Village is all encompassing. There is no need to go off of the complex for the entirety of your holiday as there is plenty to do but there are more than 10 bus services a day, for those who want to see the local town, resorts, beaches and attractions.

The sleepy seaside village of Mavisehir is situated a short walk from the Aykar Holiday Village and Mavisehir has a nightly market selling everything Turkish as well as a nice selection of local eateries and small beaches. The lively resort of Altinkum is just 15 minutes on the bus from the Aykar Holiday Village.

The Aykar Holiday Village is fabulous for the kids although there is something for everyone to do. This complex doesn't ‘promise to have…' it already has these facilities in place and you can see them as they are, when you visit. The pools are second to none and the pools on Phase 3 can only be appreciated once seen. The largest swimming pools in Didim, separated by a water fall, visitors to Aykar Holiday Village will be tempted to stay at the village.
